How To Get Involved?

Businesses may support the efforts of The Cambridge Challenge by participating in the following rewarding ways:

Career preparation

• Host a tour of your business
• Offer job shadowing for a day
• Conduct mock or informational interviews
• Be a career readiness guest speaker or host a training class at your worksite

Employ a youth

• Hire a youth for a summer job or a part-time job during the school year
• Offer an unpaid internship to a high school student

Community engagement

• Volunteer as a tutor or mentor a young person
• Participate with youth on a service project
• Be an ambassador, get your industry colleagues involved
• Become part of the Chamber's Outreach Committee

Donations: monetary or in-kind

• Donate space for special events or programming
• Contribute support services; technology, public relations, design or printing
• Make a financial contribution or give equipment to support youth and youth programming
